Sales Representative (m/f/d) 

Your tasks

• Driving profitable growth through sales channels within area of responsibility
• Enlarging the scope of supply through sales network
• Following up assigned customers & accounts in all aspects (sales, credit, backlog, training, potential, opportunities, etc.)
• Delivering trainings to sales channels and supporting products (re)launch activities
• Forecasting and planning abilities

Your profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from Technical University (e.g. mechanical or electrical engineering)
• Deep understanding of the local market with relevant professional experience in building technology
• Product and applications knowledge related to automatic doors and window actuation equipment
• Over 7 years professional experience as a sales representative with successful track record is a prerequisite
• Sales project experience (working with contractors & architects, consultants, project managers)
• Negotiation and commercial skills (quotations, pricing/discount discipline, margin awareness, deal closing)
• Strong MS Office knowledge: Word, Excel, Power Point and CRM tools. AutoCAD basic knowledge would be a plus
• Hands-on mentality, target-oriented, able to cope with stress, multitasking skills
• Fluency in Romanian and in English, German would be an advantage
• Based in Bucharest, with ability to travel up to 50% of working time
• Driving license is a must
