Sales Manager (m/f/d) 

Your tasks

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy and business development through the implementation of the Corporate and local Sales Company plans.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to set business expansion strategies
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, tenders, direct and channels sales initiatives
• Take all necessary actions to achieve expected KPIs, respecting internal procedures and high business standards
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets, providing support, guidance, and ongoing training as needed
• Will be involved in drafting of financial budgets.

Your profile

• Engineering Master Degree (Mechanical, Civil engineering)
• Proven track record in sales management in a similar position within a multinational environment
• Target-oriented, hands-on mentality, capable and willing to manage and act in detail
• Deep understanding of the local market, including trends, regulations, key players, and market dynamics
• Strong background in automatic door and window technology and/or design and build of curtain wall facades
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrable ability to drive sales performance and foster a collaborative team culture
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with fluency in Romanian and in English
