Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for achievement of Budgeted- Turnover, GP & DSO Targets on monthly and annual basis
- Responsible for high touch relationships with key revenue Accounts/Contractors/Sub-contractors/Aluminum fabricators/System providers/OEM’s/Clients/Fit-outs etc.
- Develop the company’s business in the target sectors/ customers to meet/exceed sales, profitability and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Consolidate/share relevant market & competition information.
- To work within assigned sphere of delegation and take prior approval on any deviation on standard GEZE commercial, operational terms & policy.
- First support on handling of customer Grievances – Damages, complaints, wrong deliveries as first response to external customers.
- Contract reading, screening for deviations, coordination with back office and cross units for final settlement on non-standard/acceptable commercial and operations points.
- To follow up, action and update through reporting templates for leads generated through GEZE participated events (like events, workshops, exhibitions etc.)
- Explore new opportunities, new alliances, partnership, clients for revenue & strategic growth.
- To interact and work in consortium with pre-sales team for projects updates, site information & project development status.
- To provide support on product solutions, technical aspects and to drive effective service operations and processes to ensure quality installation deliverables in coordination with GEZE Key account/partner for the territory.
- Ensure implementation of partners business processes/ model/ revenue channels to follow GEZE Middle East business model/sales channels.
- Implement the GEZE Corporate culture in the country and manage partners sales/support teams to serve GEZE customers/interest with highest level of professionalism
- Promote and support all cats/ products/ sales channels for healthy mix of revenue generation.
- Drive & coordinate pre-sales & projects sales team field work synergy
Background / Experience
- Based in Dubai.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Instrumentation) Business Administration or Marketing
- UAE driving license with own car.
- Primary experience in construction channels/engineering goods/door hardware industry/manual door systems/automatic door control systems and Access control related industries.
- Preferred experience in Low voltage technology: BMS, Home automation, Switch Gear, System Integration, Access Control related products.
- Dealing with Accounts/Contractors/MEP Contractors/Sub-contractors/Aluminum fabricators/System providers/OEM’s/Clients/Fit-outs etc. with minimum 5 years of UAE sales experience.
- Good written & spoken English business language skills.
- CRM Management.
- IT/MS Office proficiency
